Welcome to our terms and conditions policy. We are committed to providing you with the best service and experience possible, that is why we want to ensure clarity and transparency when it comes to our policies. These terms and conditions are designed to guide you through the process of using our services and to protect both you and us. 1. Estimates
We will provide you with an estimate for the work required before starting any work on your vehicle. The estimate will include all necessary repairs, including parts, labour, and any applicable taxes. The estimate will be valid for fourteen days from the date of issue. If we find additional damage during the repair process, we will inform you and provide an updated estimate for your approval.
2. Payment
Payment is due in full at the completion of repairs. We accept cash, credit cards (surcharge applicable), and EFT. If you have insurance coverage for the repair work, we will work directly with your insurance provider to process the payment.
3. Parts and Labour Warranty
All parts used and labour performed by our team are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of repair. This warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials used during the repair process. Paint warranty refer to manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Panel warranty refer to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
4. Rental Vehicles
We are not responsible for any charges incurred by renting a vehicle unless approved by prior arrangements with TRG.
5. Completion Time
We will make every effort to complete repairs as quickly as possible. However, repairs may take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any delays or changes to the completion time.
6. Liabilities
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle resulting from theft, fire, or any other cause beyond our control.
7. Obtaining and Holding Customer Information
To provide our services, we need to obtain and hold your personal and vehicle information. All information will be kept confidential and only be used for the purpose of providing services to you.
8. Obtaining and Holding Customer's Personal Effects
We are not responsible for the safekeeping of personal effects left in your vehicle during repair. Please remove all personal items before dropping off your vehicle. All external and removable cylinders falling under the category of Dangerous Goods Class 1-5 must be removed before dropping off the vehicle.
9. General Terms of Agreement and Acceptance of Service
We will provide you with an estimate for the work required before starting any work on your vehicle. The estimate will include all necessary repairs, including parts, labour, and any applicable taxes. The estimate is not a locked amount and may vary depending on the nature of the repair. You acknowledge and agree to pay the invoice upon the completion of all work done. If the invoice is not paid within 72 hours, storage charges will incur in accordance with Queensland Law - The Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967.
10. Dispute Resolution of Service Process
If there are any issues or disputes regarding the service process, we request that you contact us directly to resolve the matter as soon as possible. TRG. must be given the first opportunity in all dispute resolution processes.
11. Acknowledgement of Ownership
TRG. remains the owner of all goods, parts, and services provided by us, until any outstanding amount is paid in full.
